Pensacola locals know this as Graffiti Bridge. It’s at the foot of 17th Avenue, within view of Hwy 98 and the bay. It’s probably illegal to tag here, but the bridge’s unofficial landmark status has earned graffiti artists a tacit form of immunity. The entire appearance of the bridge can change overnight — the next time I photograph this, it will be totally different. Here it is on a Saturday evening as I make my way to a hilly run on Scenic Bluffs Highway.
